The rash of tragic encounters that African Americans have had with Law enforcement personnel has prompted James to take action. In response James launch Heads Up On History in an attempt to add proper historical context to the incidents. Heads Up on History appears live on Facebook for a select audience at present but plans are underway to reach a broader audience in the few weeks. Heads Up On Heads attempts to link the present with some disturbing trends of the past in light of the Constitutional support African American Community has either received or failed to receive in our attempt to secure the civil rights promised by the 13, 14 & 15th Amendments and the whole of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, proper.

The recent mass shootings in Buffalo and in Uvalde have shaken many people to the core for a variety of reasons. in both instances, an AR-15 was used by the gunman and all of the victims were black and brown people. While I am a staunch believer in the 2nd Amendment, I believe we’ve experienced more than enough needless loss of life to do nothing. Check out the recently posted series pilot.
